Bottleguide

One of the primary flagships for BigCat is Bottleguide. What started out as a basic record keeping database blossomed into a full blown data-driven, subscription based site of Australian found antique bottles with current value estimates and past prices.

BigCat was given free reign to create Bottleguide's look and feel. Re-writing the database to sit on SQL Server and making use of CSS were two of Bottleguide's main concerns. The content of the site is all driven from a large administration CMS allowing the Bottleguide site admins to add, edit and delete nearly everything on the site.

PayPal was chosen as the payment handler for the subscription component of Bottleguide and BigCat have integrated both signup payments and renewal payments through PayPal's API.
